Partner Model?

The Regional Partner model is a working partner model in which an individual is responsible for the entire Zone's P&L. He or she will be responsible for all aspects of service operations as a Business Partner, including ensuring timely delivery of services in compliance with client needs in order to achieve high quality and good results.

Who can be a Regional Business Partner?

A Regional Business Partner might be from a medical team, such as pathologists, experienced medical technicians, a doctor, an HCP, a nutritionist, or a healthcare professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to partner or develop their own laboratory.

Your Responsibilities

Management of the Operations Department

  • Implement the strategic goals, objectives, policies and systems pertaining to Operations Department in the alignment with Operations Head.
  • Responsible for putting operational policies into action by establishing processes and standards for the department.
  • Accountable for 4Dx principle execution – WIG, Lead measures, dashboard review, regular team meetings, POC, and so on.
  • Zone-wide implementation of a daily operations checklist. Inventory management in the LIS, with monthly reconciliation with the department head.
  • Takes part in process improvement initiatives (such as Operational TAT, NPS, and so on) to improve the Pre-analytical through Post-analytical experience, coordinating with other departments as needed.

Entrepreneurial Development

  • Assist team in implementation of the sales plans to achieve the targeted growth in revenue and profit with quality customer-service standards and other operational parameters.
  • Execute the activities, campaigns and other promotional events in coordination with Department Head to maximize business and engage customers at each location.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients. Visit potential customers for new business development. Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Doctors, Nursing Homes, Hospitals through visits, conducting activities, etc.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

  • To plan engagement and activities based on the profiling with Sales & Marketing Department for generating revenue for the organization. Collaborate with Field team members in the development of relevant engagement activities.
  • Manage the Field Sales team to promote continuous quality improvement in activities.
  • Design Annual Engagement plan for key accounts. Able to maintain relationship with key accounts.
  • Manage proper communication with relevant stakeholders and partners on organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.)

Compliance and Auditing

  • Plan, manage and conduct internal audits (Technical and Non-Technical) under supervision of Operations Head to monitor Operational effectiveness, compliances with all applicable Departmental SOPs and regulations. Prepare and present internal audit reports and documents.
  • Manage the Compliance Module in LIS in coordination with QAD team for Regional Laboratories, POC, HLMs, etc.
  • Work in compliance with company policies and appropriate regulations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure Operations team follows standard guidelines and statutory compliance; and maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities. Assist with SOP development to address non-compliant/ non-performing areas.

Who Can Qualify for Regional Business Partner?

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar subject is required.
  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar subject is required. Preference for appropriate operations, business development, and sales expertise in the healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding management and leadership abilities. Communication and bargaining skills that work.
  • Demonstrated business acumen. Attention to detail and persuasion.
  • Devoted and driven to achieve and meet personal and professional goals.
